The process here is to provide Data Managers just one place to update or add data to lists of data that appear in MANY of their Smartsheets as dropdown choices, so removing the need to update the same data in MANY sheets whilst eliminating the risk of Data Inconsistency across the organisation.
This functionality does not exist in Smartsheet, it requires the use of an API integration that uses the trigger of one or many changes in the master list, to transmit the changes to as many sheets as you have listed.
The image shows a Smartform that is Dynamically updated from both a Master Customer List and a Master parts list so all changes made are automatically available to salesmen registering a new opportunity.
