Smarter Business Processes -New York Expansion

We’re topping out 2018 in style – with the opening of a New York office

In celebration of another fantastic year at Smarter Business Processes HQ, we’re delighted to be rounding out 2018 with the opening of our first overseas office in New York, USA.

There were no such things  as Monday blues, having spent the morning at our brand-new office in One World Trade Center we hot footed to the British Consulate General to meet with Antony Phillipson, HMs Trade Commissioner for North America and New York Consul General who welcomed us to New York.

Demand for our range of business efficiency solutions has snowballed and we are proud to have helped over 800 businesses streamline their workflows in the past two years alone.

As a result – over the last 12 months – we’ve doubled our own team from seven employees to 14, in response to user-demand for the Smarter Business Processes product suite, which includes our new range of Smarter App solutions.  Our latest and much requested solution is our SmarterControls4Smartsheet

With 60% of our clients based in the USA, it became clear that we needed a permanently-manned base on the East coast.

Gwen Rymill, co-founder and communications director of Smarter Business Processes said: “We are delighted to have opened our second office, right in the heart of Manhattan. Given our ever-increasing US client-base, the New York bureau has been a natural growth progression and will allow us to better serve our American customers.

We would like to say a big thank you to the Department for Trade (DIT) for their invaluable guidance and support in speeding us through our export journey”

Adding further rationale behind the new office opening, Smarter Business Processes’ co-founder and lead consultant Richard Rymill explained: “Clients are demanding greater process automation that saves time, reduces risk and implements efficiency. With ever-present mobile use in all organisations, we are seeing a huge demand for intuitive, user-friendly workflows and solutions that offer interoperability between Apps.

“This is a time of great change in the world and workplace, therefore it is important for organisations to embrace change in order to gain a competitive advantage, and to generate a culture of continuous innovation within their own workforces.”

We already look after some fantastic clients, and we’re relishing the prospect of welcoming many more, as a result of our new base across the pond.
